Playitas Resort, the leading sports resort in Europe, offers more than 30 different sports and fitness activities for everyone who wants to get fit, stay fit or prepare for a sports event. Located in a picturesque bay next to the fishing village of Las Playitas on the beach, the resort offers its guests state-of-the-art facilities such as a heated Olympic pool, a bike centre equipped with the latest road bikes and mountain bikes, 5 tennis courts, 4 padel courts, 2 multicourts, a climbing wall with 5 levels of difficulty, a boxing ring, indoor hall, a 700m² gym, open air fitness park and an 18-hole golf course.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support and implement sales and marketing strategies with a strong focus on the hospitality and sports tourism sectors. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building client relationships, and is eager to grow brand visibility and revenue in both domestic and international markets.

MARKETING

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at leisure travelers, corporate clients, and sports organizations

Support the management of social media platforms and create engaging content to promote the resorts’ offerings and facilities

Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose innovative actions and positioning strategies

Create, update, and manage content for online and offline platforms

Oversee the sourcing and management of merchandise and branded materials

Coordinate and supervise corporate photo and video shoots

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels

Represent the resort at tourism fairs, industry workshops, and networking events to drive lead generation

Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and / or commercial roles, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry

Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.

Fluent in English (mandatory); German highly valued; Spanish or other European languages are a plus

Confident in managing social media platforms and familiar with digital marketing tools and trends

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing.

Proficient with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut).
