Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager
• 5+ years of senior programming experience (iOS and Android)
• Strong development practices, including code reviews, unit and regression testing
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies
• Good communication skills with non-technical teams
• Knowledge of KPI and OKR metrics
• Knowledge of React (Web)
• Intermediate level of English
