Package Development SpecialistThe Package Development Specialist will play a key role in designing and developing packaging materials that meet product specifications and consumer needs. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with branding and production capabilities.Key responsibilities include :

• Generating new packaging for product launches, evaluating new suppliers, and collaborating on supply and package options- Managing design-to-value projects and tasks that support project implementation- Conducting tests and evaluations to ensure packaging durability, functionality, and compliance with industry standards- Collaborating with senior developers and other departments to align packaging with branding and production capabilitiesRequirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging engineering, Industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required- Basic knowledge of packaging materials and technologies- Desirable 1-2 years of experience as a Packaging development with demonstrated track record of delivering results in a complex environment
