We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen technical expertise and leadership skills to design and implement innovative IT solutions that align with our business objectives. You will play a crucial role in consulting with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions.

  • Consult with internal and external customers to investigate analyze and model business activities and problems recommending appropriate IT solutions.
  • Utilize the requirements engineering process to ensure that requirements are complete unambiguous realistic and testable.
  • Leverage advanced IT resources to create and implement effective IT solutions.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to all stakeholders including customers business leaders and technical staff.
  • Model and evaluate business processes for existing and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align the IT roadmap with business strategy incorporating the latest trends in service technology.
  • Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and project budget planning.

Qualifications : Qualifications :

  • A degree in a related field (such as an MBA in Business Computer Science or Programming) or an industryrecognized qualification in Business Analysis System Architecture or Project Management.

    • Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Proven experience in designing IT solutions and a solid IT / computer science background.
  • Exposure to project management and experience working in structured projects.
  • Familiarity with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business model.
  • Experience in modeling and mapping business processes.
  • Knowledge of budget planning and financial forecasting.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence others.
  • Proactive selfmotivated and able to work well under pressure within tight timeframes.
  • Strong logical and objective thinking abilities.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Demonstrable knowledge of business process mapping business systems design IT architecture software development methodologies contact center software solutions unified communications solutions and big data / data mining technologies.
