Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and facility installations, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

About the Role :

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to take on a leadership role in our Facility & Projects team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating tasks related to facility refurbishment and adaptation, as well as overseeing technical equipment and services.
  • A key aspect of this role will be to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as APQ (chemical storage) and local licenses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Oversee technical equipment and services, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility management and support infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide technical solutions to new proposals and feasibility studies for investments and budgets.

    • Requirements :

  • Degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • 5 years of experience in construction and facility installations.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure and facility adaptation projects, preferably in industrial buildings or logistics centers.
  • Practical knowledge of technical systems, including HVAC, electricity, fire protection, pumps, weighing systems, etc.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
