Job Description :

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sr. analyst / associate to join the Asset Management division of Alantra specifically for the Investor Relations (IR) team . The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

IR Related Tasks :

• Support the digitalization process started in the area
• Prepare and send information and communications to current and potential investors. Both recurrent and adhoc requests.
• Perform and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) materials when required.
• Control and oversight of funds administrators. Coordination of the different service providers.
• Review of the calculation of the net asset value of the different investment vehicles.
• Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
• Preparation of documentation for the Boards of the different products.
• Support in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) questionnaires.
