About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for the enterprise-wide rollout of Windows 11, Office 365, and other end-user computing applications. This high-impact program will affect over 5,500 employees, requiring a strategic and hands-on leader to ensure quality, minimize disruption, and drive a smooth transition.

Your responsibilities :

• Own the test strategy and end-to-end management of the Windows 11 / Office 365 rollout.
• Design and implement test governance, frameworks, and controls.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to assess compatibility of applications and EUC tools.
• Oversee planning, execution, defect triage, and UAT processes.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Manage risks and ensure minimal disruption during transformation.
