Mission and responsibilities :

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Customer Service Workspace and will be highly valued for experience in migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace. We are seeking a team player with a strong command of the English language and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in alignment with our business needs.
• Facilitate the migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace.
• Design develop and implement solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs or issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide technical support for existing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
