AP / AR Accountant - Training Contract

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AP / AR Accountant to join our Finance team at Sandsoft Barcelona through a training contract (Contrato Formativo).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, supporting daily operations and financial accuracy. This opportunity initially structured as a 6-month contract, with a renewal for up to 12 months.

You need to be based in Barcelona and you will report to the Senior Accounting Manager. What you will do : Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and customer payments. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice / payment issues. Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting tasks.

What we’re looking for : A recent graduate or individual with qualifying studies (Bachelor's, Master’s, vocational certificate, etc.). Eligibility to sign a training contract : within 3 years of graduation and not previously employed under this type of contract. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
