IT Analyst Role Purpose

To understand the Logistics Business from a technical and operational perspective for internal and external customers. Act as an IT consultant during project stages, analyze and capture business requirements, and support IT projects. Test application functionalities and train users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the user community can operate with minimal disruption, providing out-of-hours support as needed.
  • Perform system housekeeping and provide application support and first-level issue resolution.
  • Schedule and execute application management routines.
  • Apply DHL and customer policies where applicable.
  • Define and facilitate IT documentation and training for operational users.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers and partners.

    • Job Requirements

    Mandatory :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role involving implementation, maintenance, or rollout projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields.
  • Availability for monthly travel within Europe (France).

    • Preferred :

  • Fluent French language skills.
  • Experience in logistics processes and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL) and Web technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks.
