With a current headcount of 76 people across our offices in Spain, and with a vision to attract, develop and retain the most talented people in the industry, we are looking for a new Project Manager, Sr. position to join our team. The position would suit a Tourism professional who is excited to participate in a wide range of responsibilities in the Sector and be part of the exciting growth ahead of us.
Educational background and experience :
- Graduated in Business, Marketing or Tourism
- Experience at similar position within events Industry (also within corporate travel
managing small events and VIP services)
Amadeus / Sabre System knowledge at least on ticketing and reimbursementsHigh level of Microsoft package (Word, Access, Excel and Power Point).Used to work with GDSPersonal profile :

Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan. An oral and written level test will be required.Reporting to the manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for :
Participating in the preparation and follow-up of team responsibilities and tasks.In the area of event production, following up on the Technical and Operations Plan, supporting both maintenance objectives and daily operations, as well as ensuring compliance with the Vendor Policy.Preparing detailed cost breakdowns and budgets, managing financial claims related to clients, suppliers, and administration, and ensuring timely and accurate monthly operations closure.Preparing and delivering documentation to clients, responding to in-person and virtual inquiries, meeting deadlines with both internal and external stakeholders, and reporting and managing claims related to their activities.Collaborating in the standardization of procedures and promoting the use of new technologies, as well as proposing and overseeing process improvement plans.Actively participating in cost reduction analysis and staff training plans.Promoting team motivation and a positive work environment, fostering interdepartmental relationships within the organization.Identifying the need for new technical resources, facilities, and technological assets under their responsibility, and contributing to their corresponding maintenance plans.We offer :
