EIS Group is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant for our European Markets Team .

We seek a passionate individual who loves technology but is not a technologist. The ideal candidate is a team player who seeks the best from those around them and can distill complex business processes into simple terms. Can you interview experts and hone down to core insights?

About The Role

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting, European Markets, you will work on creating demos that showcase the business value of EIS solutions, supporting sales pursuits, and crafting compelling stories for insurance clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Support growth through user stories

Demonstrate EIS’s digital platform across the carrier value chain

Show expertise in our enterprise modules

Identify customer needs and communicate with practice and engineering teams

Assist in creating product demos and client presentations

Coordinate customer meetings and document requirements

Support responses to RFIs / RFPs

Skills & Knowledge

3+ years in technology, insurance tech a plus

Experience in creating user stories and capturing requirements

Strong communication, project management, and team skills

Knowledge of local insurance markets is a plus

Willingness to travel 20-30%

Work with industry experts in a diverse, agile environment

Ownership opportunities, stock options
