We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in an international insurance project.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions, working closely with IT Solution Architects to clarify business requirements and estimate development efforts.

  • Taking responsibility for breaking down larger deliverables into smaller tasks and implementing user stories.
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance Teams on issue reporting, resolution, and change control.
  • Assisting other teams with troubleshooting problems arising from applications or integration of various components.

The successful candidate should have :

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in software craftsmanship, Agile methodologies, and test-driven development (TDD), including a solid understanding of test concepts.
  • 5+ years of Back-End experience in .NET development and relational databases (MS SQL Server), with full SDLC exposure and CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in modern development tools and practices : Git / TFS, XML, code quality tools, clean code principles, and ORMs like Entity Framework and Dapper.
  • In-depth understanding of architectural patterns and principles, including MVC, event-driven architecture, CQRS, SOLID principles, and API development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Durable Functions, and Azure SQL, with a solid grasp of governance and networking.
  • Microsoft Certified (Azure Associate level) with proven experience in designing integrated, cloud-native solutions.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
