As part of the Stock Exchange Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the back-end development of our products. In this role as a Senior Java Developer, your contributions will help shape the future of trading technology.

What You Will Do

  • Leverage your Java development expertise, focusing on back-end solutions for primary market trading and enhancing trading GUI functionality for the secondary market.
  • Ensure application compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining security and reliability.
  • Transform user expectations and business requirements into innovative solutions, following Java best practices.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in an agile environment, including developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders, using frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, developing high-performance, multi-threaded applications using Java (Java 8+, SpringBoot, WildFly). Proficiency in JPA is essential.
  • Strong database skills, including SQL, Hibernate, and database design, tailored to financial industry demands.
  • Expertise in object-oriented design, event-driven architecture, messaging systems like Apache Kafka, and database optimization.
  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol and QuickFIX / J library, market data systems, or financial market infrastructure is highly advantageous.
  • A results-oriented mindset, commitment to quality, systematic thinking, troubleshooting skills, and focus on scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills in English for collaboration with international teams.
