IT Business Analyst (Valencia or Amsterdam)

We're looking for a proactive and driven IT Business Analyst to provide support and operational assistance for our ERP environment. The right candidate will be a natural problem solver and a great collaborator, eager to share their exceptional knowledge and helpful attitude.

You'll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over Europe. You will work with property managers, finance and accounting, and asset management teams to help us get the most out of the applications Basware and Yardi. You'll ensure the best standards are upheld, provide support and training, and implement Mileway's policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Product Owner, analyzing complex requirements from business partners, finding solutions, and implementing them.

What you'll do

Prioritize, refine, and split user stories in Jira, remove impediments, and ensure each story meets the Definition of Ready / Done.
Run elicitation sessions, capture business rules, model processes / data, and produce clear acceptance criteria that mirror stakeholder expectations.
Provide day-to-day answers on requirements and business rules, coordinating smoothly between stakeholders and the Scrum team.
Maintain a traceability matrix, map dependencies, and perform impact assessments whenever scope or design changes.

What you'll bring

At least 3-5 years of experience as an (IT) Business Analyst in Agile / Scrum teams.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, O2C, R2R).

Knowledge of Real Estate terminology and principles.

Excellent communication skills in business English, both written and spoken, with the ability to produce professional presentations, emails, and training materials.

An exceptional team attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively, with a professional, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to manage a fast-moving environment and shifting responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and effective time management.

A natural problem solver with strong analytical skills.
