Reporting to the Head of People for Europe, you will form strategic partnerships across HR / people functions to deliver value-added services aligning with organizational goals. The Senior HR Manager will ensure compliance with local labor laws, develop HR policies, and provide talent solutions to support business objectives. You will act as a consultant to management on HR issues, champion employee well-being, and drive positive change within the organization. Collaborating closely with the business, you will manage talent processes, resolve complex employee relations issues, and lead HR projects across functions.
Serving as the primary contact between employees and management on HR matters, including payroll queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Creating, managing, and maintaining local HR policies.
Managing HR processes such as Performance Management, Career Development, Total Rewards, HR administration, Payroll, and internal hiring processes.
Providing HR guidance and developing policies that support business growth.
Analyzing employee satisfaction data to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
Leading cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
Monitoring local HR trends and metrics to inform policies and programs.
Collaborating with Learning & Development to enhance retention and career growth programs.
Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver comprehensive HR services.
Performing additional duties as assigned to support continuous improvement of the HR function.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Deep knowledge of HR policies, change management, compensation & benefits, talent development, and employee retention, particularly in a BPO setting.
Solid understanding of local employment law and practical application skills.
Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Preferably 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR or related roles.
