• Writing newsletters and training materials on legal issues, reviewing corporate policies, and adapting them to Spanish regulations.
• Classifying and filing legal documentation.
• Assisting in the procedures for acquiring external legal services, including coordination and management.
• Reviewing contracts, providing legal opinions, suggesting improvements, and drafting proposals to mitigate legal and contractual risks.
