Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Digital Campaign Manager in Spain (this can be based anywhere in Spain). who will be responsible for initiating, planning, implementing, and optimizing global digital campaigns while achieving campaign goals and staying within budget.

The ideal candidate must be able to plan and manage a B2B campaign strategy aligned with target audiences, Nuvei's products, brand language, and stakeholders' needs globally.

This candidate must have strong analytical skills and business orientation to measure and analyze results and present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Establish and execute a large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategy to achieve various marketing goals such as brand awareness, content distribution and lead generation
  • Initiate, plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns, including paid social, PPC, content syndication, webinars and email marketing
  • Lead B2B campaigns from A to Z while working with content writers, product marketers, designers and regional teams to adapt campaigns to local markets, maintain consistent brand messaging and strengthen Nuvei's digital presence, globally
  • Oversee campaign budgets and optimize performance to deliver exceptional ROI and align with stakeholders' needs
  • Create reports with analysis and actionable insights for continuous improvement and present them to stakeholders globally on a monthly basis
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising to continuously drive innovation and results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing B2B digital campaigns at global scale with measurable results
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search and Google Ads and high proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in various digital tools for display ads, dashboard and reporting, webinars, and podcasts is a significant advantage, as well as experience with intent and AI marketing tools (6Sense, Bombora, Zoominfo, Similarweb etc)
  • Worked in an International environment (worked with cross-border teams, ideally US).
  • Strong business orientation, market understanding, and a passion for generating leads that convert into active customers within short lifecycles
  • Experience with budget management, bid strategy, and cost-per-conversion optimization
  • Strong technological and analytical skills and ability to interpret data from various sources to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong sense of creativity and innovation with a passion for marketing; always having a vision of what an optimized campaign should look like
  • Experience working with B2B international or global accounts and adapting strategies to meet diverse market and regional needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Languages : English - native proficiency. Other languages are an advantage
  • 25 days annual leave + local bank holidays
