Floor Manager Luxury Brand - Barcelona

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a Floor Manager for a luxury brand in Barcelona.

We work with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform all sales associate duties at the highest level to ensure exceptional luxury service.
• Manage the sales team, support their development, and contribute to the store's turnover through sales initiatives.
• Assist the management team with daily operations and back-office activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance sales performance.
• Support the management team with planning, store opening / closing, organization, stock management, cash handling, and reporting.
