We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Functional Analyst to join our team.

The Functional Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into functional specifications for system development.-Department :

Product managementKey Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.-Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.-Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.-Participate in solution design and assist in evaluating potential systems and tools.-Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate testing efforts with stakeholders.-Provide training and support to users on new systems or functionalities.-Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.

Your Responsibilities :

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for :

Fluent in English language.

Interview will be conducted in English.- Studies :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.- Experience :

Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis techniques.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.- Experience in automotive industry is a super plusTechnical skills :
