  • Job Description :
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues for customers. Your duties will include :

    Providing daily technical troubleshooting and event management services.

    Resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.

    Using Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in their critical systems.

    Providing solutions for maintaining system stability and ensuring that the customer's system is stable.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :
    • To be successful as a Technical Cloud Support Specialist, you will need to have :

      Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field.

      Experience in the cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in development and operations (DevOps), service support, or solution architecture.

      Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

      Familiarity with optimizing cloud-based business architectures and providing vertical industry-specific solutions.

      Capability of assisting customers in designing and implementing technology architectures in cloud environments.

      Understanding of Linux / Windows operating systems and their operation and maintenance.

      Proficiency in computer networks and the TCP / IP protocol suite.

      Hands-on experience in diagnosing and maintaining network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.

      Strong technical support skills in both system and network domains, capable of resolving complex technical issues in these areas.

      Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages as working languages.
