Technical Product Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team.Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert technical support to sales and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of product-related queries.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality documentation for product launches, including specifications, installation manuals, and training materials.- Design and maintain global product databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in external technical documentation.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge among sales and customers, collecting valuable feedback for product improvement.Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Power Electronics or Automation-related field.- At least 5 years of experience in technical support and market promotion.- Prior experience in the PV Inverter and Energy Storage System industry is preferred.- Excellent English / Spanish reading, writing, and communication skills.- Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities, with clear logical thinking and effective communication skills.- Able to work under pressure, demonstrating proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork.- Flexibility to adapt to business trips.
