Data Architect Manager, Madrid

Data Architect Manager Key Responsibilities : - Act as a technical lead and data solution architect. - Lead delivery teams focused on data architecture, database management, ETL processes, and data integration. - Oversee projects within MS Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks environments. - Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in commercial activities, including building proposals, proof of concepts (PoCs), and presentations. - Ensure quality control of deliverables and offerings, implementing best practices and standards. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data management and analytics capabilities. Qualifications : - Bachelors or masters degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or any relevant field. - Experience designing and building Solution Architecture for data solutions. - Experience in Data Architecture frameworks, data modelling, data governance and cloud environments. - Comfortable handling client facing roles and commercial exposure. - Experience with presales, capable of understanding requirements and building data solutions. - Capable of building proposals, and leading projects including resources management (budgeting, team planning, etc) - Industry experience in Consulting or financial services is valued. - Proficiency in English - Familiarity with Databricks, MS, Snowflake - Experienced in Data Architecture frameworks, data modelling, data governance and cloud environments Azure, Snowflake, ETL
