Packaging Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Technical Service team, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of machinery in customer facilities.

Your primary focus will be on conducting top-level troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and controls-related problems on machines installed at customer locations. This includes overhauls and field upgrades as necessary.

You will also participate in the development, processing, and follow-up of specifications during machinery tests, debugging, and start-up, as well as during the development and field testing of new carton designs.

In addition, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and act professionally and proactively to resolve equipment, cartons, or service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities :
