Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is excited about building a world-class travel brand in the European markets? We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this Role, you'll get to :
- Execute and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including CRM, email, and social media, with a focus on the Spain and Italy market.
- Develop and localise marketing copy and content in Spanish / Italian to ensure cultural relevance and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the design, content and legal teams, to implement high-quality campaigns that meet Spain and Italy market needs.
- Operate and optimise CRM campaigns to improve user engagement and retention.
- Build, manage, and monitor campaign landing pages and related assets to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Spain and Italy market.
What you'll Need to Succeed :
2+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, preferably in the travel or related industries.Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and optimising campaign performance.Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesNative Spanish speaker with a deep understanding of Spanish culture and consumer behaviour.Proficiency in English and Italian is required.Why Trip.com Group
