co-creating with the team, shaping the future of our work environment. If working in a fast-paced, innovative setting excites you, this is your opportunity!2. ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasks as a Product DesignerDesigning :

Use Figma to craft experiences for clients and freelancers across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Experience with responsive design is a plus. Begin with understanding design goals to ensure alignment with product vision.Running user tests :

Test designs with real users, gather feedback, and iterate. Comfort in sharing work, engaging with users and stakeholders, and adapting quickly is essential.Co-creating with the team :

Collaborate actively with PMs, developers, and other designers from the discovery phase onward, influencing solutions from the start.Maintaining and improving the Design System :

Keep the design system organized and up-to-date, working closely with developers to ensure proper implementation. Passion for components, patterns, and structure is valued.Handoff & adoption :

Prepare detailed developer handoffs, design onboarding, support internal communications, and ensure built products match specifications.Bonus skills :

Adaptability & 360º vision :

Experience rotating across squads and designing for different user groups and priorities.Marketplace experience :

Understanding multi-sided products and how decisions impact diverse users.Bilingual in Spanish and English :

Ability to communicate ideas clearly in both languages, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.3. RequirementsExperience in fast-changing environments :

Background in early-stage startups, Series A, or similar fast-paced contexts, with a track record of contributing to product success.Team collaboration :

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, understanding product, tech, and analytics processes.Product design skills :

Proficiency in UI, UX, prototyping, testing, and microinteractions, with a strategic mindset.Location :

Preferably based in Valencia or willing to relocate. Remote work is possible, but proximity enhances collaboration.Communication skills :

Strong storytelling and presentation abilities, clear documentation, and smooth handoffs.4. BenefitsSalary ranges from 30,000€ to 46,000€ gross annually, including :
