What You’ll Do

Ensure our world-class solar technology is supported by exceptional customer service. You will provide support and field services for our EMEA-based projects and customers, managing the planning, execution, and completion of solar power plant projects to meet strict timelines and contractual obligations. Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality control teams is essential to ensure timely delivery and quality of products. This influential role may require occasional evening and weekend hours. Your responsibilities include :

  • Serving as the primary contact for utility solar installations.
  • Developing and executing project management plans according to contract specifications.
  • Coordinating with sales, engineering, logistics, supply chain, quality control, and other departments.
  • Defining project objectives and managing the project lifecycle.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
  • Mentoring project teams and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
  • Managing project change orders and budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Ensuring consistency between contracts, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing system support and advice.
  • Maintaining accurate work status and correspondence reports.
  • Coordinating site commissioning schedules.
  • Developing customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions.
  • Ensuring operational readiness of tools and equipment.
  • Performing site visits to uphold company standards.
  • Fostering excellent customer relationships.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

The Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Proficiency in B1 CEFR language standards.
  • At least 7 years of manufacturing or customer-facing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience, including :
  • Bills of materials
  • Logistics
  • Work instructions
  • Change orders
  • Construction management systems
  • In-field troubleshooting
  • At least 2 years leading project initiatives and systems implementation.
  • Our Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in B2 CEFR languages.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience in solar construction, heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
