As a Business Partner in the SAP FICO area, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements and proposing solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are met and that demand is properly captured.- You will act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and satisfaction, and ensuring that their needs are met.- Your ability to identify opportunities and gaps in existing functionality will be crucial in driving innovation and improving processes.- You will work closely with the execution team to translate business process into technical and functional specifications, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Developing project rationale, scoping assessments, and architecture design will be essential in determining the feasibility of initiatives and estimating costs, time, and resources required.- You will coordinate and execute projects and enhancements in line with IT project methods and tools, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.- Monitoring and analyzing incidents, service requests, and problem management will require strong analytical skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.- Effective communication with stakeholders will be critical in ensuring timely and complete status updates and KPIs for running and planned cross-functional projects, initiatives, and services.- You will ensure that applications, initiatives, and projects are managed in line with UPL's In Control and Security Framework.- Cross-functional collaboration with other business and IT teams will be essential in delivering results and meeting stakeholder expectations.- Working with third-party vendors to evaluate proposals, deliverables, and roles will require strong negotiation and communication skills.- Coordinating and conducting multi-country training sessions will be an important aspect of your role, requiring excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Required skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in IT.- Between 8-10 years of diverse experience and strong end-to-end business processes knowledge in the FICO area.- Strong SAP S4 Hana experience and expertise in FICO, with valuable experience in other modules and solutions (SAC, BW, etc.).- Ability to anticipate user needs before they arise and present solutions to management that encompasses issues at hand.- Drives for efficient results, has customer focus, and shows ownership of SLA performance.- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.- Excellent track record for meeting deadlines and submitting deliverables on time.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with French being an advantage.- High level of proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.- Negotiation and communication skills.- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile & Scrum Management.
