Bettair Cities is a leading technology company enabling cities to improve air quality and urban health through high-precision, real-time environmental monitoring solutions. Our innovative IoT sensor networks empower smart cities with actionable data for cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environments. As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a key leader to oversee and expand our manufacturing and operations capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manufacturing Director to lead our manufacturing strategy and execution. This role will be critical in scaling up the production of our IoT devices and ensuring best-in-class manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Oversee and optimize the production processes of our air quality monitoring IoT device including stock management and ensuring compliance with metrological and industrial standards.

  • Coordinate between R&D, electronics suppliers, and the data science team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Supervise calibration, validation, and testing procedures to guarantee sensor performance and traceability.
  • Lead technical operations from prototyping through scaling-up and market deployment.
  • Drive key manufacturing KPIs : quality, cost, delivery time, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for quality audits, external certifications, and partner collaborations.
  • Contribute actively to product evolution based on field performance and client feedback.
  • Manage documentation and production traceability systems.

Proven experience (5+ years) in production supervision or product management within electronics and / or IoT industries.

  • Strong technical background in electronics (PCB integration, sensor systems) and hardware-software integration.
  • Proven track record in scaling production of IoT or tech-based hardware products.
  • Solid knowledge of data science workflows : sensor data processing, calibration models, and analytics pipelines.
  • Familiarity with metrological standards and environmental monitoring technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, data, compliance).
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field : Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or similar.
  • The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our product for a massive industrial-grade production, ensuring our commitment to quality, innovation, and impact in the field of urban air quality monitoring.
