As a Customer Demand Analyst, you will be responsible for customer demand forecasting and analysis at your assigned Tech M accounts, primarily within a 0–12-month horizon. You will develop relationships directly with our customers and the field sales team to gain a deep understanding of requirements and trends, helping to optimize manufacturing capacity, supply, and revenue plans.
Key responsibilities include :
- Aligning regularly with your customer and sales teams to understand and convey requirements, including quantity, timing, and use models or applications.
- Understanding customer transitions to ensure demand alignment during new product introductions and discontinuations.
- Analyzing orders, shipping history, forecasts, and customer feedback to identify changes and assess trends.
- Collaborating with Sales BU to identify and address inventory and revenue risks and opportunities, balancing long-term agreements and company goals.
- Ensuring system data accurately reflects account directions and aligns with forecasting standards.
- Working with internal teams to ensure forecast and sales plan activities meet customer expectations.
- Participating in forecast accuracy evaluations to identify improvements.
- Providing management with insights on past periods, forecasts, and key drivers.
- Driving process improvements, efficiency, and automation opportunities.
Desired skills and experience include effective communication, analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, advanced computer skills, ERP / CRM experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience ranges from 0 to 5 years in operations, finance, planning / forecasting, or sales.
