We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Partner to lead our leadership hiring initiatives at the Superbet Group. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in executive hiring will be crucial in shaping our leadership team and driving the growth and success of the organisation.

We're Looking for Someone Who :

• Has a proven track record in direct talent search, particularly in leadership roles across various domains, including commercial, corporate, and technology.
• Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
• Is strategic-minded, capable of aligning hiring strategies with business goals and organisational values.
• Exhibits strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions within the organisation.
• Is passionate about building diverse leadership teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
