Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations. They will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in projects involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and / or Experience Cloud.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex development, Flows, Validation Rules, Escalation Rules, Milestones, Paths, and more.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including gathering functional requirements, defining specifications, and collaborating on the architecture of functional solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
