As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, acting as the technical bridge between potential customers and the ReviewPro platform. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure that our solutions align with the customer's business objectives. Act as the technical expert in client engagements, supporting the sales team in positioning ReviewPro's products effectively.

Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations showcasing the value of AI-driven review response, reputation management, guest surveys, and messaging.

Translate complex technical features into business benefits that resonate with hospitality clients.

Experience in the Hospitality or SaaS Industry – Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest feedback management, and hospitality technology.

Presentation & Demonstration Skills – Comfortable delivering product demos to audiences of different levels, from hotel managers to corporate decision-makers.

Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.

Understanding of PMS, CRM, and other hotel tech systems.

Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus for global markets).
