You will manage projects end-to-end with professionalism, from initial planning to final delivery, fostering deep, trust-based relationships with clients. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that combine traditional marketing with a strong focus on digital approaches, driving innovation and continuous improvement to maximize campaign effectiveness across online and offline channels.
Your responsibilities will include defining comprehensive digital and traditional communication strategies for clients’ employer brands, confidently leading strategic proposals, and ensuring clear task allocation and project implementation. Staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices, you will guide multidisciplinary project teams, promote seamless collaboration across departments, and actively contribute to the agency’s cultural and digital transformation.
As a leader, you will nurture and develop your team, managing performance and workloads to maintain a motivated, high-performing environment. You will present strategic proposals and campaign outcomes with confidence, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that reinforce client trust and demonstrate the value we create through both digital and traditional marketing.

Develop and present integrated marketing strategies with strong digital focus to meet client goals.
Manage projects end-to-end for client satisfaction and profitability.

Stay current with digital marketing developments and best practices.
Lead a motivated, high-performing team in digital and traditional marketing.
University degree and 8+ years of professional experience , including at least 3 years in a senior digital marketing or similar role.
Spanish and fluent English (C1 level) to collaborate with international clients.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills , with experience using project management tools, ERP systems, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution .
A keen interest in Employer Branding, HR Marketing, and the latest digital marketing trends.
