Project Finance Lawyer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Finance Lawyer to join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and gain experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support project financing transactions from initiation to completion, assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and finance legal documents. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution and closing of cross-border project finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Support project financing transactions from initiation to completion.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and finance legal documents.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution and closing of cross-border project finance transactions.

Requirements

Licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from a law firm, focusing on project financing within the energy or infrastructure sectors.

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in cross-border transactions and PPAs is an advantage.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Law degree from a reputable academic institution.
