Position : Customer Support Representative
Work model : hybrid (after 6 months of employment)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle incoming contact from customers via phone and mail
- Assist customers and deal with customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Be the first point of contact to resolve customer queries and related requests
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Prior experience in customer service / support is an advantageExperience from banking or credit institutions (preferably in Nordic countries) is an advantageResourceful, stress-resilient personality capable of adapting and remaining calm in all situationsUnderstanding of economics and numerical dataFast learner, adaptable to new IT systems and toolsAbility to work independently while being a team playerCandidates must have a good and stable economic history with an absolutely clean credit record (no nonpayment records), as handling credit information requires trustworthinessOFFER :
