Who you are

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to support content-driven initiatives within the marketing team. This role is focused on creating and localizing written content, building campaigns, and assisting with analytics and visual assets. You’ll help keep marketing operations running smoothly — with a consistent focus on quality, clarity, and timely delivery.

What will you do

  • Build and schedule newsletter campaigns across internal and client accounts.
  • Write and publish SEO-optimized blog articles related to events, cities, and lifestyle.
  • Draft and optimize marketing copy for landing pages, venue descriptions, and city guides.
  • Create basic visual assets using Canva or Figma, based on brand-approved templates.
  • Coordinate translation workflows for multilingual content.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (images, videos, content files).
  • Support content and campaign planning with marketing and sales team.
  • Assist in SEO audits and metadata updates.
  • Track content performance and support data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule.

What are we looking for

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or agency environment.
  • Experience or strong interest in the music, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Professional working level in at least one of : Spanish, Italian, French, or German.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English and your second language.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms like WordPress or Elementor.
  • Experience using email platforms like Mailchimp or Hubspot.
  • Basic design proficiency using Figma or Canva with brand templates.
  • A structured, analytical approach to your work, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and changing priorities.
