Noatum, an Abu Dhabi Ports company, provides integral logistics solutions with over Eur 1 billion in revenue. Noatum offers services to ship owners, operators, exporters, and importers, and has a presence in more than 30 countries across North America, South America, Europe, North Africa, the Arabian Gulf, and Asia.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer for our Noatum Automotive division (Autoterminals). The successful candidate will provide specialized technical assistance to ensure smooth operations at Autoterminals. If you are proactive, dynamic, decisive, and eager to grow professionally, this opportunity is ideal for you

Responsibilities include :

Consultation and Analysis : Monitor and control vehicle quality, ensuring all systems and components meet high standards.
Technical Support : Deliver specialized technical assistance tailored to client requirements, maintaining excellent service levels.
On-Site Presence : Ensure full-time availability at AutoTerminalBCN to respond promptly to operational needs.

Qualifications :

Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics.

Deep knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including electric and hybrid technologies.

Spanish language skills at C1 level or native proficiency.

Own vehicle with a Class B driver's license for internal terminal movements.

Strategic Approach : Ability to align technical support activities with business objectives and encourage creative solutions to optimize processes.
