Controller

An international leader in the ventilation systems industry, with over 70 subsidiaries across the globe, is seeking to hire a Controller to strengthen its financial control and performance monitoring capabilities at corporate level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate the monthly closing and reporting process across all global subsidiaries.
• Consolidate and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and management reports at group level.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions.
• Provide financial insight and variance analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies (IFRS / local GAAP) and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual and interim audits.
• Drive process improvements and digitalization of controlling tools and systems.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados :

Requirements : - 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Audit in a multinational environment. - Solid knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting, and budgeting. - Previous experience in a Big Four or in a global industrial / manufacturing group is highly valued. -Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar). - Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP). - Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus. - Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
