Required Skillset

  • 3-7 years proven successful experience in an account executive, account manager, or commercial insight role within a market research organization.
  • The ability to uncover opportunities within a business, problem-solve, and articulate the benefits of solutions to sell ‘value' driven deals.
  • Ability to articulate strengths and clear benefits when negotiating against competitors.
  • Understanding of market research / insight with exposure to different areas of market research.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment, managing the full deal cycle across a range of deal sizes and volumes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual targets, including compiling and monitoring forecasts and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Develop and sustain an active pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of added value insights through consultancy skills.
  • Identify prospect challenges and resolve them through a value-based selling approach.
  • Build relationships at management and buyer levels.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote a positive experience of Toluna Group internally and externally.
  • Foster relationships that lead to referrals within other departments.
  • Create bids and proposals that address prospect needs and highlight the benefits of Toluna’s solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly territory reviews for growth planning.
  • Collaborate with Senior Directors on personalized account strategies aligned with the Go To Market approach.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toluna’s solutions and systems.
