Senior Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Spain. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing a robust dealer network, achieving sales targets, and positioning our brand for long-term success in the market.

The ideal candidate will report to both European Headquarters and Country Head of Spain, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute market-specific strategies.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategy for Spain, aligning with European and local leadership vision.
  • Establish and expand a robust dealer network : identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard qualified dealer partners.
  • Manage dealer performance through regular reviews, training, and support to ensure alignment with brand standards and targets.
  • Lead implementation of pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and product launches in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Work closely with after-sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and dealer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners, industry associations, and government bodies.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence, including competitor benchmarking, customer preferences, and regulatory updates.
  • Represent us at national trade fairs, auto shows, and public-facing brand events.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in Spain.
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling dealer networks, preferably for new market entrants or challenger brands.
  • Deep knowledge of the Spanish automotive market, dealer operations, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal); Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Spain and occasionally to other countries.
