If you have a passion for luxury, fantastic communication skills, and a desire to live and work in a vibrant location, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in German to clients of a prestigious luxury brand.- Communicate brand stories and product details effectively to enhance the customer experience.- Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly while ensuring satisfaction.- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.- Stay updated on luxury market trends and new product offerings to provide informed insights to customers.Requirements- Fluency in German and English;
