Instructional Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Instructional Designer to join a long-term, high-demand project for a leading client in the Finance and Customs sector. This role requires prioritisation of the project and consistent, real-time communication with the client. It is ideal for an instructional design professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident storyboarding directly in Articulate Storyline, and is looking for a steady stream of work over the coming years.

Create high-quality instructional storyboards directly in Articulate Storyline, in close collaboration with developers.

Apply adult learning principles to design scenario-based and interactive eLearning for banking and financial services.

Participate in review cycles and adapt content quickly based on stakeholder feedback.

5+ years of experience in instructional design, including recent experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Strong understanding of eLearning design standards, SCORM, and accessibility principles.

Available full-time during CET / CEST business hours and highly responsive to client communications.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Graphic design background or understanding of visual storytelling principles.

This is a remote, contract-based opportunity with immediate onboarding and long-term engagement potential.
