The Role :

We design innovative solutions for our clients, helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. As a Customer Experience Designer, you will design, develop, and implement employee experience solutions that meet the needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate professional to join our energetic team in Madrid, Spain.

We offer you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging solutions for international clients in sectors such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and hospitality.

A Day in The Life :

You will support development of a wide range of customer and employee experience solutions for our clients. This might include :

• Assessing learning needs, analyzing existing training assets, and creating and designing instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, workshops, post-tests, etc.
• Writing copy for videos, job aids, and infographics; research to support market scans.
• Supporting development of Facilitation Guides and activity design for co-creations and workshops; scribing at interactive sessions to document participant feedback and insights; aiding development of customer journey maps.
• Helping develop and localize materials for different markets.

Are You the One?

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred). A minimum of 5 years proven experience, with at least 3+ years designing and developing solutions in relevant areas of focus such as employee experience, customer experience, learning and enablement, or communications is required. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office tools and visual collaboration platforms is necessary.

Familiarity with Tools :

We value experience with AI tools, visual collaboration platforms, and other design software.
