Responsibilities
- 2+ years of management experience, and proven experience as a manager of managers and technical leads, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
- Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
- Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Comfortable working with Java, Spring, and Kotlin
- Manage a team of 6+ engineers across frontend and backend
- Comfortable hiring across engineering teams and contribute to the hiring process
