Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of management experience, and proven experience as a manager of managers and technical leads, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.
• Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Comfortable working with Java, Spring, and Kotlin
• Manage a team of 6+ engineers across frontend and backend
• Comfortable hiring across engineering teams and contribute to the hiring process
