The Role

We seek a skilled IT Support Specialist with experience in IT support, system integrations, and end-user enablement. Your responsibilities include managing IT tools and access, improving internal processes, and ensuring secure, reliable IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tooling, Automation & Integrations : Build and maintain integrations with tools like Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and drive automation initiatives.
  • Device and Asset Management : Oversee MDM strategies (e.g., Kandji, Jamf), manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.
  • User Access and Security : Manage onboarding / offboarding, access provisioning, IAM platforms (e.g., Okta), and security controls like encryption and 2FA.
  • Processes & Documentation : Create and maintain IT documentation, guides, and share knowledge across teams.
  • Support & Enablement : Provide hands-on support, conduct onboarding and training, manage licenses, and collaborate with vendors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in IT support
  • Experience with MDM and IAM tools
  • Proficiency in tool integrations and automation
  • Knowledge of software licensing and vendor relations
  • Strong communication, proactive attitude, and documentation skills
