Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AEM Technical Specialist to drive digital transformation in a global team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business teams and technical experts, helping design and deliver impactful solutions on the AEM platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gathering & Analysis :
• Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs.
• Translate those needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers, developers, and AEM architects.
• Help define components, templates, and workflows tailored to business goals.
• Platform Optimization :
• Recommend best practices and improvements leveraging AEM features such as content fragments, personalization, and DAM.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and platform governance.
• Testing & Validation :
• Define and execute test cases.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation :
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation, including process flows, functional specs, and training materials.
