Are you a highly skilled communicator fluent in Danish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving problems for clients?

This role combines working from home and time spent in a lively office environment where you will be part of a team that values innovation and offers a vibrant workplace.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will :

  • Communicate with B2B customers via phone and email to provide solutions-oriented support.
  • Support customers with setup and configuration of payment terminals and online solutions.
  • Address and resolve reported issues efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks and follow up on requests.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere by motivating colleagues and making customers feel appreciated.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Native-level fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software applications.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
