Job Overview

The Extensions Architect works directly with several Dynatrace departments and our customers to design, develop, and support extending our award-winning APM solutions. He / she represents Dynatrace as an expert in application performance management, helping customers extend the Dynatrace Platform during their digital transformation journeys. This role involves learning new technologies and leveraging existing knowledge of application integrations and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on techniques and best practices for extending Dynatrace, combining product expertise with your skills and knowledge.
• Consult with customers to understand and meet their business and technical goals.
• Develop and support integrations with third-party tools and devices to extend Dynatrace's capabilities.
• Assist customers in incorporating Dynatrace into non-supported environments.
• Participate in project scoping and architectural deployment design.
• Partner with the sales team in presales technical sessions.
• Recommend additional Dynatrace features to meet customer needs.
