HR Financial System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SAP HR specialist to join our team. As an expert in finance business applications, you will be responsible for defining, building, delivering, and maintaining financial systems aligned with client strategy.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience with S4H and Cytric or similar travel expense tools, as well as expertise in SAP TME, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, including integration knowledge. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Spanish are required.

This role offers the opportunity to work with external teams and contribute to the development of digital business solutions that improve client performance through process automation.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, deliver, and maintain finance business applications aligned with client strategy, especially Cytric and its integration with systems like Workady and S4H, covering expense posting and employee payment processes.
• Support the Finance & People Solutions team in enabling digital business solutions to improve client performance through process automation.
• Understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and ensure process and tool standardization.
• Automate travel and expense solutions end-to-end, propose system solutions, and validate detailed requirements.
• Design functional specifications, analyze impacts, and provide guidance during solution development.
• Perform system testing, create user documentation, and facilitate user adoption.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and support their implementation in production environments.
• Provide application support and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
